Young Generation of Farmers Emerges
This New York Times article takes a look at an emerging generation of younger farmers in Oregon. In light of our broken food system which is dominated by mass production and factory farming, this community of younger people who are passionate about where their food comes from is inspiring. The article reflects things we have discussed in class and enlightened me to something that I actually didn't know what was going on. Future career - farmer?
